Ingredients

1 Onion diced
1 Potato cubed
450g carrots peeled and sliced
1L of Chicken stock
Small bunch of coriander (fresh or fresh from the freezer)
70g Lentils (optional)
Salt/Pepper to taste

Fry onion and then add other ingredients and then cook on high pressure in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes
