Fruit Crumble

Ingredients
Rub the butter into the flour by hand, or blend together in a food processor, until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir in the muscovado sugar.
Place the rhubarb or fuit into an oven proof dish and sprinkle with sugar. Adjust the sugar as needed to balance the sweetness of the fuit that you are using. Evenly spread the prepared crumble mixture over the top.
Bake at 180°C for about 30 to 60 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
