Ingredients

Peel the potatoes

Cut into regular shaped peices (about 3cm x 3cm)

Use the Instant Pot Pressure Cook Mode

8 Minutes at High

Release pressure with valve once the 8 minutes is up

Mash with butter.

Add milk to get the desired consistency

Add salt/pepper to taste
