Ingredients: 25% Leaks (weigh out and use this amount to calculate the weights of the other ingredients); 25% Potato (use same amount of as leaks); 50% Water (double the amount of leaks); Stock cubes/bullion veg or chicken (either is fine but use veg if you want a vegetarian soup)

25% Leaks (weigh out and use this amount to calculate the weights of the other ingredients)
25% Potato (use same amount of as leaks)
50% Water (double the amount of leaks)
Stock cubes/bullion veg or chicken (either is fine but use veg if you want a vegetarian soup)

Put all ingredients into pressure cooker and bring to high pressure for 5 mins and leave to cool down naturally.
