Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients
Rub the butter into the flour by hand, or blend together in a food processor, until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir in the muscovado sugar.
Place the rhubarb into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with sugar. Evenly spread the prepared crumble mixture over the top.
Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
