Roast Veg Chicken Wings with Rice

Ingredients
Boiled Rice
- 1 Portion (boiled using 10 minute method)
Add chopped veg and chicken to an oven tray… sprinkle oil, salt, pepper, cajuin spice cook in oven until the chicken wings are cooked through (80 C)
Once cooked take chicken and vegetables out of oven tray and place onto serving plates. Add cooked rice to oven tray and coat with grease/flavours from the bottom of the tin. Add seasonings to taste.
