Sausage Casserole

Name: Sausage Casserole

Ingredients: Pack of 8x sausages (2x sausages per person); 2x Onion chopped roughly (red and white); 2x Peppers chopped roughly (what ever you have left over); 1x Mushrooms if you have them; 1x tin of tomatoes; 2x tbls tomatoes puree; 2x Oxo (one beef, one chicken); 1x Pinch Oregano (or what ever you have/fancy); Chili flakes to taste (leave out if you don't want it spicy); 3x Cloves of garlic, minced (or what ever you can be bothered to peel); 1x Tin of red kidney beans (add at the end before serving)
